BUILDING A BIMBOT
For my degree show, I intend to create a space where the BIMBOTS are physically being made, and have taken over the automation of the process. Using metal shelving, I will hang the silicone BIMBOT face masks from cables weaving in and out of old TV monitors. The TVs will be showing BIMBOTICA take over the system in glitching GIFs. On the shelves will be more cables and BIMBOT body parts like breasts and wigs, to show the physical components of building a BIMBOT. I want it to look like the BIMBOTS are rebelling against their use for male pleasure, and are tearing up the factory and taking over with their feminist agenda.

In terms of organisation of the degree show, I took on one of the roles as open space curator, as well as graphic designer. During my time as curator, I have learnt how to strategically place artwork so that the room and pieces flow together throughout the space. As curators, we also had to work through issues such as works taking up too much space, or having to switch around artwork to deal with equipment issues, such as needing access to screens or plug sockets. I also took on a role as poster designer for advertising the degree show, making sure everyone was included on the poster, as well as the dates and address for the upcoming show.
